  1. COURSE ACCESS

  1. A "membership" course grants the Student temporary access while their fees are current. Once the membership payment is canceled the course material, all videos, content and support are terminated. Access is granted on a 30 day payment cycle or 365 annual cycle and automatically renews. User may cancel at anytime, but at such time that the payment cycle expires, so does the Student's access to all course material.

  2. A “one-time” purchase grants the user rights to only the specific program in which a course was purchased. Access to said program will be indefinitely through the School for as long as the course and/or the school exists. No additional charges for the specific program and/or course will be levied.

  3. A "Free" course grants the user the ability to participate at no cost and no obligation. There are no guarantees or rights granted to the user when participating in a free course and the access can be removed or rejected at any time.

  4. A "Donation" offer does not grant the participant any rights to continue access after the event or course is complete. There are no guarantees or rights granted to the user when participating in a donation course and the access can be removed or rejected at any time. The donation is made to the School and does not imply a 501c3 donation. Thank you for your generosity as we can continue free and reduced programs.

  5. The School reserves the right to "retire" or change any course and/or content from the course(s) without notification or compensation.

  6. There is no guarantee of a time frame for the School's existence, though longevity is the School's main objective.
